Mrs. Beverly Pruzina is a professional public speaker, proficient communicator, former business owner with great experience as a teacher, professional actor (stage, film and radio), theatre director, on-air broadcast journalist and current member of the Purcellville community. She is a proud mother of three LCPS students, two who have graduated and her youngest is a Junior. She and her husband Rich have been married for over 25 years and love being active, Loudoun County residents.

 

2021-2022 is Beverly's first year at Woodgrove High School. She enjoyed beginning her career in Education at Eagle Ridge Middle School where she directed 16 plays and musicals over the course of 7 years. Most recently Beverly received a National Directing Award for The Brother's Grimm Spectaculathon One Act, with her piloted Exploratory Dramatics students in 2019.

 

Beverly enjoys working with a team who enjoy what they do! Her experience includes a diverse background of public service and nearly 10 years of owning a private franchised theatre business. People are Beverly's passion and she thrives in a team environment where ideas are shared and respected. She is proud to call Woodgrove High School her new Theatre home and she hopes to continue to bring the community into the building to see the wonderful productions that are family centered.
